How to Add a KPI Rating
Main Contractor Services will discuss and set up the qualifying indicators to suit your requirements. Once configured:
> When viewing a Project, right click on the required company and find ‘Add KPI Rating’
> Work through the field drop down selection, there is a Comment box to leave an summary note.
> Continue working through, adding each subcontractor ratings accordingly.
View Ratings and Rating Reporting Analysis
When the ratings have been entered, from the project screen many actions are available from the right hand menu or when right clicking on a subcontractor company.

This example is showing a basic analysis> by Company and Project
The filter options can be used to report accordingly and the results printed. This filter shows a comparison of all rating indicators given across two projects. The KPI’s are significantly lower on the most recent project, providing the site manager with points for consideration regarding this company.
The KPI’s – (View Details) and (View Analysis) are also available to access from the ‘Search’ list Profile Summary Panel.
