Essex based Phelan – the £60m structural, new-build fit-out and refurbishment contractor – has this month on-boarded their supply chain with Builders Profile to achieve multiple business and compliance benefits.

Builder’s Profile will help Phelan Construction and their supply chain partners to collaborate more effectively by working smarter not harder. Trading for over 30 years, nationwide Phelan employs over 100 full time staff and has a turnover more than £60m. The flexibility of the Builder’s Profile platform and its suite of highly relevant modules have allowed Phelan’s senior management team to – in effect – create a bespoke supply chain management service for their business. Key to Phelan’s choice was the ability of Builder’s Profile to integrate with other platforms – such as Credit Safe and Aston Scott’s specialist insurance services – to deliver data driven decision making supported by quality expertise.
Making the move across to the online system was straight forward for Phelan’s. Pre-qualification began immediately as many of their supply chain member Profiles were already available within Builder’s Profile. Phelan have now begun sending out invitations to their additional members as well as sourcing new suppliers.
