Document Status and Confirming Files

Summary

Several main contractors include document evidence into their minimum requirement which is measured by the ‘Confirmed Date’ of the ‘Document Status’ when the document was uploaded to the Profile.

By clicking the ‘Select‘ option within a document slot the document library will appear and the document status will be displayed.

There are 3 types of Document Status’:

  • None Selected – A Document will need to be uploaded or selected from the document library
  • Unconfirmed – 12 months have passed since the selected document was last confirmed
  • Confirmed with a Date and Time Stamp – Will show last confirmed date

How To Confirm Documents

Check the Document Status by clicking ‘Select‘ in a document slot to open the document library, the document status will be displayed.

If the document:

  • Is the correct one or covers the relevant dates, click the ‘Confirm File(s)‘ button to update the confirmed date stamp.
  • Is the incorrect one, upload a new document or select an alternative. Either option will automatically update the confirmed date stamp.

Trouble shooting

The ‘Completion Guidance’ checks that the Document Status Date is inside the current 12 month period.

If the completeness within ‘And Finally…’ prompts that a document is ‘either not Uploaded or not Confirmed’, click the blue navigation link to go to the document slot and ‘Confirm’ the document following the steps above.
