April Projects Secured By BP Clients
Over £400 million worth of construction projects were won by Builder’s Profile Contractors in April 2021, we’ve compiled a snapshot of the nationwide projects below.
Last month, top contractors Willmott Dixon, Telford Homes and Morgan Sindall picked up 24 new projects worth £406.1 million. Willmott Dixon Group were recently appointed by Barking and Dagenham Council’s regeneration company, Be First to carry out Phase 2 in the regeneration of Gascoigne estate’s. The combined development will consist of 382 homes and is worth £135 million.
In March, Next Generation Benchmark awarded Telford Homes as the most sustainable house builder in the UK, and last month announced the exchange of contracts for planning work in Ilford to redevelop and deliver 1,000 new homes and a purpose-built Sainsbury’s store.
