Email your Profile to Any Client
One of the many advantages of Premium or Professional membership is how your company Profile, a comprehensive demonstration of your professional standing can be made easily visible to anyone or any client.
Summary
In addition to a Premium Profile being available to all Builder’s Profile main contractors and a vast array of buyers across multiple platforms, a link to a read only version of your Premium Profile can be emailed in response to enquiries about your company.
Circulating your profile in this way considerably reduces duplication across the industry. In some instances where PQQ details have been requested some clients may require that their forms still be completed. We do provide them with the option for interactive access to your Profile and the open-access Common Database features.
How To..
Firstly, to ensure your Profile contains your most recent information, please review, update and resubmit in the usual way.
The dashboard of a Premium account provides access to the Premium Members area which contains various tools including the Email your Profile option.
The following page will provide detail on the Email your Profile feature and confirmation of where the email will be sent.
By clicking ‘Request Profile Link‘ the email containing a link to your profile will automatically be sent to your account contact. By forwarding this email, you’ll be inviting your client contact to view a read only version of your company profile. It is important that you review and submit your Premium Profile to ensure any recent changes are available.
