Print your Profile to a Summarised PDF
Being able to distribute your Company Profile is one of the most valued benefits for Premium and Professional members. The Summary PDF of your Profile is a snapshot of essential information which demonstrates your professional standing to existing and potential clients.
Summary
A Premium Profile is available to all Builder’s Profile main contractors and a vast array of buyers across multiple platforms. In addition to the Profile link, a summarised PDF version of your Company Profile can be downloaded and distributed via email or alternatively as a hard copy at events and on site.
Using the PDF Summary and Profile link side by side can considerably reduce duplication across the industry. In some instances where PQQ details have been requested some clients may require that their forms still be completed. We do provide them with the option for interactive access to your Profile and the open-access Common Database features.
How To..
To ensure your Profile contains your most recent information, please review, update and resubmit in the usual way.
The Premium Dashboard will have the option to the ‘Premium Members Area‘, here are various tools including the Premium PDFs option.
Within Premium PDFs a few options will appear. In addition to the Premium Membership Certificate, Premium Summary will also be available. Click ‘Premium PDF: Summary‘ and new tab will open with your summarised profile. From here the PDF can be downloaded, printed or saved.
The detail available on the PDF is exported from the last submission and can take up to 20 minutes to generate.

The PDF Summary features all the most important areas of the Profile, areas included are listed below:
- Company Details; Name, Address, Phone Number, Web Address, Company Registration and VAT Number
- Business Information; Description, Contract Types, Tender Basis, Sectors, Company Roles, Trade Associations and Schemes
- Contact Information: Key Contacts with Contact Phone and Email details
- Insurances and Finance; Insurances held and expiry, Financial Turnover
- Company Certificates: ISOs, SSIP, Licences
The PDF Summary also features your Company Profile URL Link, allowing clients to access the full read-only version of your Premium Profile.
